Grant requests from credible agencies or institutions will be entertained both for specific programs, and for operational and/or capital expenditures. Grants are usually approved for a defined period of time, but may be paid over a multi-year period. The American Friends of the Reut Institute’s Board of Directors will determine final action on all grant applications. Organizations that receive grants from the American Friends of the Reut Institute must provide fiscal and programmatic accountability. Grants from the American Friends of the Reut Institute are limited to non-profit organizations with 501(c) (3) status or to international non-profit organizations that can demonstrate that they would qualify for tax exemption under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code if they were United States entities. |
